Hair Loss has been one of those pesky little problems that seems to have no natural solutions. At least that was what I thought, before I started to understand that for every "Dis-ease" and "Illness" there is a cure and a way to reverse it using natural means.
For the longest of times, I have been trying to find solutions to hair loss problems and even balding issues. Some say it's genetics, some say it's just pure fate, but I refuse to believe that.
So, I began my journey of naturapathic approach to health since 2009. I have found out that most diseases can be natually reversed, but dang! , the hair loss issue was one that was hard to crack!
But my determination to find answers and line of questioning led me to some clues to crack the mystery:
DETOXING THE SCALP
Since I understood that DETOXing clears a lot of the body's problems, I asked myself if there was a need to detox the scalp? Also, I knew that the hair held toxins and heavy metals (that's why you can send in hair samples for toxicology and drug analysis). Also, I knew that places where hair grew (e.g. armpits, pubic area) are also parts of the body with lymphatic systems to drain toxins, so I was curious if the scalp also had a lymphatic system? I did a quick google search and found out that the scalp contains closely arranged adnexa (e.g. sebaceous glands, hair follicles) and is surrounded by a dense network of blood vessels and lymphatics and with lymph drainage massage, the scalp can be 'detoxed' by massaging from the scalp to the back of the ear and to the side of the neck (to the posterior auricular (mastoid) and occipital lymph nodes).
Method: Using the tip of your fingers, press firmly down on your scalp with pushing motion or swirling motion. Use a fair amount of pressure. You may focus on you scalp for about 3-5mins before massaging it down to the side of your ear and down to the neck.
* I have noticed that parts of the scalp where hair doesn't grow well has a different scalp texture from parts where hair flourishes. You would notice that balding spots tend to feel sticky and oily on the fingers when you push your fingers on it (healthy areas have dry and gritty texture)
I discovered that, yes, you will have to work on those sticky and oily areas by pushing with pressure until oil literally gets pushed out the surface of scalp. Then wash the oil off with a good non-chemical shampoo (hence I recommend to do the scalp massage before showering).
2. NUTRIENTS FOR GROWING HAIR
If you haven't discovered by now that hair requires nutrients to grow, now is the time to know that in order for
hair to regrow, it needs the building blocks to make it happen!
Besides the basic essentials such as Biotin, Zinc, Vit E, L-Lysine, consider getting a good supplement of multi-
minerals, or even Barley Grass or Chlorophyll supplements.
Now here is the KEY to restart Hair Growth: You gotta Dramatically increase the dosage to 'Shock the system
and tell the body, yes you are serious in bringing the dead back to life!
Depending on your faith, I guess you can even consume up to 10X the recommended dosage (btw you do know that most of the time the recommended dosage is way too low to even maintain health, right?) *Now, don't
worry, what's natural won't kill you by overdose, the body naturally expels the excess.
Yes, the other important thing is drink lots of good water. Just like plants need nutrients and good water, so
does your hair.
3. STOP POISONING YOURSELF
Eat clean, healthy food. Don't use products with lots of chemicals. Don't use shampoos or cosmetic products
with chemicals. Detox with fruits, juices, fresh vegetables.
What life has taught me is: There is a cause and effect for everything.
And there are always second chances. Find out what is the root issue and you can reverse the situation by purging the bad and replenishing with the good.
